I really think this is a comical example of what new packages entail. As it says in the title, they are somewhat generic and follow a strict pattern of shots and angles. The British narrator made the video really funny and I think everyone will get a kick out of this. There has to be a way to put a different spin on news packages in order to make them more interesting and less expected by the viewer.

This lady should have just gone about her business or found a new spot to report from rather than chase after that man. Before she got angry, she was doing a good job! She has a nice reporter disposition.
